Charging
We all know how inconvenient an uncharged phone is. Imagine having arrived home with less than ten percent battery charge and you need to go out again in less than half an hour. You will not manage to get much battery charge. One way to make the best out of such a situation is to actually switch on Airplane Mode. The reason for this is because it pauses the other apps, notifications and internet which contribute to draining your battery.
Faster browsing
You are most likely to have encountered a time where you needed to access a website quickly. As you are typing in the URL on Safari, you can hold down the full-stop/period icon. This will feature a set of URL endings such as .com. .co or .uk.
Siri
Sometimes Siri makes mistakes. If it pronounces something wrong, you can actually correct the statement. Once you pronounce it the right way, Siri will repeat it right back to you, to confirm that it is right. Bet you didn’t know about that!
iPhone data
Your iPhone knows a lot about you. It is actually scary, however it follows every step you make. To learn more about what data your phone holds about you go on Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Frequent Locations. You will notice that your iPhone has recorded all your locations and the time you spent there. If you would like to turn this feature off, you will need to tap on “Clear History”.
Time limit for music
We all love to hear some music on our iPhone. You can actually set a limit for the timer, to make sure that the music does not go on if you manage to fall asleep. Go to Clock > Timer >, tap the ‘Stop Playing’ option, and select the amount of time you want the music to play for. Your phone will automatically stop the music at your preferred time.
